DUSTIN A. CHRISTNER is an experienced litigator with significant experience defending claims of medical negligence, nursing home elder abuse liability, products liability and personal injury. Dustin has represented nursing homes, hospitals, nurses, and other long term care and healthcare providers throughout Arizona. His representation has involved a wide variety of medical care issues ranging from wrongful birth to surgical complications to claims of abuse and neglect under Arizona's Adult Protective Services Act ("APSA"). Dustin dedicates considerable time to the defense of long-term care providers who are targeted by well financed plaintiffs' firms. Dustin™'s understanding of the day-to-day operations at long-term care facilities makes it possible for him to effectively represent some of Arizona's largest providers. Dustin strives to provide his clients with not just litigation services, but an array of risk management services, as well. He assists clients with pre-suit investigations and developing alternative resolutions to litigation such as arbitration agreements which he has been successful in enforcing before experienced arbitrators. In defense of product manufacturers, Dustin Christner has represented automobile, tire, construction equipment and consumer product manufacturers. He has defended these corporations against claims of personal injury, wrongful death, crashworthiness, seat belts, rollover/roof crush, airbag deployment, tire tread/belt separation and electrical fires.
